Connect one phone, prepare one account, and complete your first posting task. Follow these pages in order; each step tells you what success looks like and what to try if it fails.
Choose your app and install it

Run the installer and open the app. TikMatrix, IgMatrix, and TikMatrix Pro are separate applications; run only the one you are using. TikMatrix Pro is a premium edition that supports automation on both TikTok and Instagram platforms with a single unified application.
Prepare before you start
- A supported computer: Windows 10+, macOS 15+, or Ubuntu 20.04+ (64-bit).
- One Android phone running Android 5.0+ with at least 6 GB RAM for automation. Use a data-capable USB cable, or have your cloud phone's ADB connection details ready.
- An account you can already sign in to on the phone. You will check it in step 2.
- One playable MP4 video for the posting exercise in step 3.
Free milestone: connect the phone, see its screen and control it from the computer. Automation milestone: account matching and posting require an active paid license. Check the license screen in the app for your available features and device concurrency.
Your first-use route
